1. Acceptance
   By using Fast S3 (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Description of the Service
   Fast S3 is a Telegram bot that searches files on torrent platforms and provides direct links for download. The Service uses distributed S3 storage to deliver stable download speed.

4. Accounts and Access
   The Service is accessed via your Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure.

5. Payments
   If paid features are offered, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. No refunds are guaranteed unless required by law.

6. Acceptable Use
   You must not use the Service for illegal activity, malware, spam, harassment, hate speech, or intellectual property infringement. Users cannot upload or share content through the Service.

7. Data and Privacy
   The Service may collect Telegram user IDs and basic usage logs for operations and security. Data is retained as needed for operations, then deleted or aggregated. The Service may use hosting and basic analytics providers.

8. Security
   The provider implements reasonable measures to protect the Service but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Availability and Changes
   The Service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

10. Termination
    The provider may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for operational reasons.

11. Third-Party Links and Content
    The Service may reference third-party content or links; the provider is not responsible for them.

12. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits.

13. Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify the provider against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Russian Federation.

15. Notice and Takedown
    If you believe the Service facilitates access to infringing or illegal content, send a notice to alien-box@yandex.ru with details, and the provider will review and respond as required by law.
